Domestic Development Company is a progressive leader in the oil and gas production business.  Our innovative approach is to focus on the existing under preforming and under managed opportunities. Through strategic evaluation, we are able to locate, buy, sell and improve upon quality oil and gas leases in the Oklahoma and Texas areas.

Our preference lies within the gas and oil wells that are barely producing or not at all but document they can be economically brought to full production. We do no wildcat new well drilling.  Once we locate an investor grade opportunity, we bring in our superior management team and implement the latest technological advances. By re-working existing wells and leases we are able to remove most of the risks typically associated with gas and oil production.

We research the complete history of a well to determine the amount of  oil or gas it has produced in the past and compare that with the latest geologicals and reserve reports. From that information we are able to determine the reserves left in the ground that could be capitalized upon.

From there, a profitability study is made to accurately determine that the necessary capital requirements can be recouped within an acceptable 16 to 24 month period of time. Once we determine the opportunity is of an investment grade, we move forward and secure it or raise the capital necessary to reestablish the wells and advance them into full scale modern day production. The working interest ownership in the wells is shared by all.
